We have stayed there for 4 months and we absolutely love the place! Ingrid and Nadi were responsive and helpful whenever we face an issue. Also the location is superb and it’s just one train station away from the main central station (Hauptbahnhof)! Lovely place to stay at with extremely lovely hosts!

We loved our stay at Ingrid and Nadi's flat. This was our first stop on our honeymoon and we couldn't have picked a better place. We were there for the first week of Oktoberfest and it was so nice to be just a block from the festival so we could go home and come back at any point. We felt completely safe walking home late at night. We are vegan and there were several delicious vegan restaurants close by such as Bodhi and Max Pett to name a couple of our favorites. :) The balcony gave a perfect view of the Munich skyline and the Oktoberfest grounds. If we left the sliding door slightly ajar, we could hear the deliriously happy drunk singing coming from the tents but if we closed it all the way, complete silence ensued. Nadi even met us down the street to walk us to the flat since we got turned around a little and left us with a delicious bottle of wine. We fell in love with Germany and Munich and hope to move there soon and will definitely be looking to stay here again while we search for a place to live permanently. I should also say that the U-bahn is just a few blocks away and is so easy to use. Great start to our honeymoon! xoxo

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this apartment. We were able to check in easily and were even left with a bottle of wine as a welcome gift! The view was amazing and the location was perfect (right near 2 main train stations and steps away from Oktoberfest!). It is also a great value - we talked to a few people who were staying at hostels during Oktoberfest and they were paying almost double what we paid...for a hostel! My only little complaint (more of an observation really) was that the bed is a bit stiff (but it still didn't keep up from having a great night's sleep!) and that is all objective anyway. Other than that everything was great and they provide almost everything you could possibly need (water, hairdryer, straightner, shampoo, etc.). Thank you Ingrid and Nadi for a great visit!

I really had a wonderful time in this apt. The apt is really clean and comfortable. The location is just perfect. There are several restaurant and supermarket near there. You can take a tram just 5min away and it takes you to the central station in 3min. There is a quite place and the view is very beautiful. I highly recommend this apt to all people who travel Munich long and short time. : )

We had an incredible experience at Ingrid & Nadi's flat! We stayed there for a full month while searching for a definitive place to live in München and the flat has everything you may need and more! The sisters are very attentive to details and take really good care of the guests - we even had fresh flowers and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived! The flat is small but extremely functional and very clean. Also, location is very central (you can literally see the grounds of the Oktoberfest from the balcony) and the area is very well connected (bus, U-Bahn, S-Bahn, etc). There are plenty of nice places around - we particularly loved the Ladencafé Marais, just 5min walking distance from the building). I cannot praise them more, this is a place I'll highly recommend to any friends visiting München!
