We needed a quiet,comfortable sanctuary for 2 weeks, near our daughter's house. The sunny apartment in South Portland was close as we good hope, sunny, spacious with a lovely kitchen and so many sweet, thoughtful touches that we felt content and blessed. Perfection.

The unit is very cozy, with old charm and tasteful decorations. We loved the setup and the well-stocked kitchen with an induction stove. The neighborhood was quiet and nice to walk around, with a handful of restaurants. It is close to several lighthouses in South Portland and a short drive from downtown. Wynne was very welcoming. She communicated with us regularly and even let us know we could check in early. We brought an EV and the level 2 charger was very convenient; we didn't need to charge anywhere else the whole trip. The charger is shared with their cars as well, but it was free most of the time. It was a nice surprise to have ground coffee from a local roaster available. We had a wonderful visit and Wynne's place was an excellent home base. Would definitely stay here again if back in Portland.

Lovely, cozy, earth-friendly apartment on the second floor of a big house in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the little eco touches, like natural laundry detergent and toiletries and nice cotton bedding. The location made it easy to get to and from the city but was a welcome, peaceful haven within a short distance of shops, cafes, etc. Very easy to get into (though note there are steep steps) and Wynne was a thoughtful, warm host. Note that you can hear soft footsteps and such from the apartment above but it’s still a very serene place. So glad we found it!
