Susan’s house was great place to stay at during the stagecoach festival. Very responsive and the house was situated at a great location. She is amazing to work with.

Thank you for letting us stay at your house for Coachella. The pool was amazing and the location is amazing the only complaint is the house inside has an older feel along with the beds and blankets. There’s also a 60$ fee to heat the pool on top of the larger amount we have already paid for the house. We were instructed to clean our dishes and put a load into the laundry with all linens stripped for cleaners. I’d stay here for location primarily.

Susan’s air bnb was one of the most coziest and accommodating places I’ve rented and is perfect distance from grocery stores and Coachella venue. So grateful for having the opportunity to stay in her beautiful rental!

Susan’s place was wonderful. Great location, feels secure, peaceful neighborhood, very private, short trip to great restaurants and grocery stores (including Costco). Susan was quick to respond to any questions we had. The pool and hot tub are well maintained as is the house. The beds are comfortable and the living room seating is comfortable. We enjoyed are stay very much and would love to come back!

The house worked well for my family of four, including 2 small children. We found the pool to be the perfect size. In order to use the hot tub you have to text the host which is a bit inconvenient but not uncommon with homes that have hot tubs. The home was well stocked with towels, linens, and dishes which I appreciated greatly. Overall it was a great place to stay while visiting family and I would stay here again.
