We stayed 10 days March 2023. This is a charming Casita in a tranquil location. The posted photos are accurate and we had a very relaxing stay at the Telchac property. A car is essential to explore the surrounding beautiful rich biosphere. Very private location with direct access to the beach. 2 Bikes and 1 Canoe part of the rental. We enjoyed the canoe on a calm afternoon. Basic Kitchen, several outdated appliances. Bathroom outdated and needs updated plumbing fixtures. Overall good value for money in a beautiful beach front location.

This is a lovely, quiet spot a short bike ride to the village of Telchac Puerto. I stayed for a month and was glad to have a car. All the basics were available in town, unlike many of the reviews say. There was no one in the homes to the left or right for the entire month, so it felt very private. There are 2 restaurants within walking distance. The kitchen was basic but had what I needed to cook about 70% of the meals I ate in Mexico. The sargassum (sea grass) is intermittent but a huge problem up and down the Yucatan coast which is greatly impacting tourism - not specific to this beach. The poisonous jelly fish only come on the north winds. My only small complaints are that the bathroom needed a deep cleaning and walls/doors of the house needed to be wiped down upon arrival. There was also nowhere comfortable to sit inside, this seems normal for Mexico though. I would definitely stay again and recommend. The power was intermittent at times in the whole town.

Very clean beach house with amazing surroundings and great seafood just around the corner. The host was really nice and helpful with everything 👌
