Lovely apartment in a prime location. Our host was very communicative and helpful. She even helped us a get a taxi one night, which was much appreciated. The parking was not as easy as we were told. We didn't get the instructions about driving through a certain parking lot to get to the free one until we were already there. That would have been helpful. If you are driving, make sure you get that info. A few supplies in the pantry/ fridge would also be much appreciated, like a little bit of milk for morning coffees.

Wow! That was the first word out of my mouth when I walked into this apartment. It is incredibly charming and when we opened the windows, the view took our breath away. I loved the apartment. My only complaint was that I was only staying there one night! The moment I saw it, Montepulciano, and the location of the apartment, I wish we had booked more time there. The charm of this place is hard to describe. I highly recommend staying here. You will love it! And make sure to visit the owner's store - beautiful produce, meats, wine, sauces and more. What a fabulous experience. If I am fortunate enough to visit the area again, I will absolutely stay here!

Great location, size, and view of the countryside. Comfortably fit two couples. Would stay here again and definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Host instructions were very straightforward and easy to follow. Only two things that could be improved. But neither would prevent me from staying there or recommending: (1) Towels could use an upgrade and could provide more than 2 shower towels with 4 people staying there, ( 2) The listings makes it seems like there is a dedicated parking spot or area. Based on the instructions, it seems like the host offered tips on free street parking that's first come first serve. With a 3 PM checkin, it can be difficult to get paid parking at certain times of year. We were there on a holiday weekend and couldn't find a free spot, but managed to get a paid spot after circling a couple times. It was about 16 euros for 24 hours. If the parking is in fact street parking and not a dedicated spot or area, the listing needs be updated.

Lovely place in central location with awesome parking spot close by. Comfortable beds - could use a cozy seating area to relax maybe by the cool Cello lamp. Took a while to find and figure out the heating control hidden behind the curtain of the broom closet in the kitchen. A Welcome Manual with information would be a nice addition and a cheese grater! Enjoyed our stay and beautiful Montepulciano.
