This beautiful house in the El Cid development must have been built by a large wealthy family in the 1960s -- it's got fantastic features like a billiards room, a lounge, a library, a TV room, a dining room, a nice kitchen, three large bedrooms, and of course a big central patio with a gorgeous pool. We stayed here for the April 2024 eclipse (which we viewed from the adjoining golf course) and it was a perfect base of operations for our group as well as a fun hangout.

Amazing place. Our stay was a delight. Very spacious rooms super clean. We enjoyed our stay.

The host was spectacular, 110% recommended. She let us check in 7 hours early and check out 5 hours late. I have no complaints about the host at all. However, I want to be fair to viewers and give an honest review about the house itself. Even though the Host was amazing, the house was not. The house is not accurate, the pictures in the back patio are outdated. The grill is not usable as there are palm trees hanging into it which is a fire hazard. There are roaches and lizards all over the house. The master bedroom's toilet and shower are in the same space. The wall is not built correctly so all the water from the shower passes over to the toilet, so the water stays there all the time. The host said no "loud music" to respect neighbors, but neighbors had music all night which made it hard to sleep. If you are not a local, do not book. The location is far and taxis and ubers do not want to take the trip. The value for this house is terrible. Very outdated for the price.

Excelente trato y comunicación. Si no cuentas con vehículo para tu estancia, la ubicación resulta un poco inconveniente ya qué hay que caminar mucho para poder salir a la calle, de lo contrario, la ubicación está perfecta.
