I stayed here for 14 weeks while I was on a travel healthcare assignment. I had zero issues. Dean always responded immediately, the unit was really clean and completely stocked with everything you could need for the first few days. Not having to run to the store for essentials immediately after arrival was super helpful. It is located within sight of the local police station and I felt completely safe as a woman alone. Highly recommend

Stayed here for one month for internship and it was a great place to rest up and get work done. Dean is a phenomenal host who is responsive and organized. Place was very clean and well furnished. Fast, reliable internet. Convenient car ports for rainy weather. Overall, well thought out and cozy place for traveling professionals.

Looking at the perfect 5 star rating and then reading one positive comment after the other, I was wondering if this place was too good to be true. The best part is that this place, the host, the amenities and the entire package is EVEN BETTER than good. Dean and Christine go out of their way to make their guests feel comfortable. We stayed here for 3 months and i am not lying when I say I couldn't find one thing to complain about. The house (and the kitchen) is stocked with everything that you possibly can think of, giving you the freedom to checkin with a set of clothes and brush plus toothpaste.

Dean and Christine are wonderful hosts. They were very communicative and friendly. The place was comfortable and very close to the Metra and multiple restaurants and bars.

This was a fantastic place to stay! I was in the area for a summer internship and my roommate and I had a great time and enjoyed the comfort and privacy of the location. The apartment if furnished very well and Dean and Christine are both so willing to help with anything and are more like friendly neighbors than landlords. I would recommend it to anyone and had a wonderful stay!
