Our apartment is quite spacious by Tokyo standards, with two comfortable private bedrooms and a separate dining/kitchen area for socializing or having a nice meal :) The toilet and bath area are separated for cleanliness and easy access, and there is a laundry machine in the apartment as well! It is great for couples or families of four or five. There are enough beds for five, but it will be quite tight! Usually, we cannot allow early check-ins and/or late checkouts because we need enough time to clean. However, it is possible depending on the other guests' schedule so please check with us before you arrive. CAN I STORE MY LUGGAGE? Usually, this is not possible because we need the room to clean. It *may* be possible if your luggage fits in the closet, but that is up to the cleaner. However, we do have information in our welcome guide (sent after booking) on where you can store your luggage. HOW DO I FIND THE TOTAL PRICE? To get to the final price, there are four calculations to consider: 1. The daily rate for the nights you are booking (you have to check the calendar for your nights--they can be different each night) 2. The number of guests (price increases per night with each guest) 3. The cleaning fee (paid once for the entire trip) 4. The Airbnb fee DO I INCLUDE BABIES/CHILDREN IN THE GUEST COUNT? Yes, please. I CAN'T TELL FROM THE PICTURES THE ROOM SIZE. HOW BIG IS IT? The apartment is 53 square meters, a fairly large apartment by urban Tokyo standards.
