Great location for what we needed.. Highly recommended if you want to explore the city, great transport links.. Great communication from pass the property.. Flat well equipped.. One or two downsides were bit noisy due to the windows (take earplugs), Tuesday night we couldn't watch anything on Netflix as it wanted a household code.. Carpet in hall was super slippy be careful when getting up during the night..

This flat is dirty and needs a deep clean. The pictures on the listing are many years old. The furniture is tatty, the walls are covered in scuff marks, the carpet has stains, the toilet seat is half missing and there is a layer of grime over many surfaces. On arrival, I immediately noticed a pubic hair on the sink. As I began to look more closely at the toilet, shower and main bathroom, I noticed more hairs and realised the facilities had not been cleaned properly. Later I would discover that the bedsheets on the main bed were dirty too. Pass The Property manage this flat and their customer service is shocking. I'd booked to stay for two nights - after I complained I had imagined the cleaners would be sent in to put things right. That didn't happen, so on the 2nd night I decided to leave and find somewhere else, which was hugely inconvenient. The only good thing about this experience was that Air B&B were quick to refund my stay when I complained and showed them the photos.

Property in good location, bus stop just down the road to take you into town. 10min walk to supermarket, local shops & restaurants.
