The best thing about this place is its location: it's right beside Dotonbori river and restaurants. It also has a convenience store in front, and coin lockers and laundry under the building. Even though it's on the 6th floor, the building has an elevator which makes the place easy to access. The place also has more than enough amenities, disposable toiletries, and enough room for 12 people. I also like how they change the bath towels everyday for hygiene. Overall, highly recommended!

I absolutely recommend this place for a group stay. I went there with 6 people and got the whole floor for ourselves. The space was more than enough for us. The host prepared a lot of extra stuffs there such as mask, nail clipper, body sponge, body wash towel, body lotion etc. All signs and intructions inside the room are clear. Essential amenities are there. Great bed, cozy blanket, and nice pillow were prepared. The place is super easy to find and close to Dotonbori. I couldn't ask for more!

Plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 kids. Great to have 2 showers instead of 1.5 toilets we have at other airbnbs since we have so many pax. Very conveniently located - a short walk from train station and to Dotonburi - great for shopping late into the night, although a tad noisy due to rowdy crowd on a Friday night, but it was only occassional, not throughout the night. Coin laundry and locker downstairs comes very useful. Host has been very responsive and helpful and even recommended a good clinic for our mum who was unwell. Will recommend to anyone coming to Osaka!

Perfect location. Very walkable to the popular areas such as Dotonburi and Kuromon Ichiba Market. The building is just a few blocks away from where the excitement is so it's peaceful and quiet, but just close enough to walk. Also great views from the window! The host is very generous with providing many amenities for us to use while there :)
