5 min do plaży. Zielona okolica, przyjazne zwierzęta w okolicy. 3 łazienki to duża wygoda (łazienka od strony morza zbyt ciasna). Dom słabo zaizolowany, nagrzewa się łatwo. Na szczęście są 3 wydajne jednostki klimatyzacji. W nocy wybierasz czy hałas klimatyzatora czy duszno i gorąco. Bardzo mi się podobał wystrój wnętrz i dekoracje. Wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy i urządzenia są na miejscu. Wygodnie się tu mieszka. Wynajmujesz autonomiczną połowę domu z osobnym wejściem. Namiar na lokalizację otrzymałem dopiero na „whatsup” ponieważ na Airbnb jest niewłaściwie umieszczona pinezka.

Cons: 1) In fact, you are not renting the whole villa, but only a separate HALF OF THE SWEET HOUSE 2) Due to the fact that the house is divided into two parts, there is a lack of space, bathrooms and bedrooms are quite small. 3) There were problems with finding the location of the house. The owners are conspiring and cannot indicate the real coordinates of the house. I had to call the meeting person a few times, and drive around for a long time in search of the house 4) Poor quality of cleaning in the house: towels are washed with floor cloths without washing powder and left in the washing machine; in one of the toilets there were traces of feces from the previous tenants on the toilet bowl and brush 5) Ants crawl into the kitchen through a small crack in the wall 6) A clogged drain in the kitchen sink makes dishwashing quite hard 7) There is no full-fledged barbecue, on the side of the house there are bricks and a grate (there are no skewers) on which you can fry meat 8) There are no curtains in the showers, which makes the floor in the bathroom always wet. 9) Shampoo, hair dryer and shower gel are listed in the amenities, but in fact, there's no toilet supplies. We had to buy our own soap and toilet paper. Pros: 1) Excellent location of the house, on the second line, in the shade of pine trees, but next to the sea. 2) The house is very close to the supermarket 3) Good sound isolation 4) Three showers and three toilets 5) Good appliances in the house - refrigerators, boilers and air conditioners work properly 6) The house is quite new and pretty 7) Own parking 8) Two balconies 9) There is a dining table outside 10) In front of the house there is a footwash after the beach Neutral features: 1) There is no fence, which is why horses, cows and pigs often come to the site. We liked it, but someone may not. 2) Ask the owner to explain how to close the door. There are some nuances. P.S.
