Leah and Jim were great hosts!! Great communication and friendly. The place itself was great. Old house so has a couple quirks but cute and clean inside with everything you’d need. Good location as far as access to stores, shops, restaurants etc. The only downside is the area it’s in is not the nicest.

We stayed in this apartment for a month with a 3yo. It had everything we needed for an extended stay (kitchen was stocked to prepare meals, all linens provided, laundry in basement). This apartment is located in the first floor. There was parking in back off street and it was well lit at night. Leah responded very quickly to questions we had and was very helpful when we had to change the dates of our stay. We walked to the restaurant at the end of the street every weekend for breakfast! Perfect for Travel nurse and close to downtown Manchester and I-293.

Spacious, clean place which has everything you could possibly need during your stay. Communication with Leah was excellent. I really enjoyed visiting nearby Livingston Park's nature trail to get some walking in. Definitely recommend this BNB.

This is a perfect place for travel nurses (especially if you travel with a spouse)! I’ve lived in furnished rentals for four years and this home has all of the things that a lot of places forget to provide - large laundry basket, colander, plenty of closets, kitchen and bathroom cabinet space, and large dressers. There was a lot of extra bedding, towels, and blankets, fans, a blender, and a spice rack. All of the appliances worked really well and the washing machine in the basement was huge. There’s a Dyson vacuum and a Swiffer. My husband walked to the nearest hospital for work, it took 20 minutes and was through a mostly residential area. I also walked my dog throughout the neighborhood and always felt safe. There are two permanent renters in the building and they were both quiet and respectful. One of them was very nice and let us know if we needed any recommendations to just ask. Leah and her husband were exceptional hosts, very professional and friendly. They always responded immediately when I couldn’t figure out how to work the TV or when I couldn’t close one of the windows. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially traveling healthcare workers.

Awesome stay. If you need to be in the Manchester area for long term this is a great place.
