Muy buen lugar para hospedarse, Kenny es un excelente anfitrión. La zona es bastante segura y hay vigilancias las 24 horas en el edificio. El departamento cuenta con todas las comodidades, además está muy cerca del centro y de diferentes medios de transporte. Gran experiencia, definitivamente volvería a quedarme ahí.

Nice apartment, good equiped kitchen, perfect bathroom. Residential complex is very nice, with beautiful common patio. Good communication with host.

Kenny's place is cozy. I love the big couch and big TV with free netflix :D Kenny was also very kind to give me a complimentary extra night stay because he has to do a late evening check-in time. I do appreciate that. The apartment is totally comfy for typical travelers, solo or couple. The only caveat is that I won't recommend it for either long term vacation or "work vacation". 1) There is no closet so I had to use my own luggage on the floor; this can be not ideal for long term staying. The host did give me some hangers after I requested but I didn't find any spot to hang them for my cloth. 2)For "work vacation", the apartment is on the first floor (either it's not mentioned on the listing page or I may have missed this detail myself when booking), thus the day light is not ideal. Basically the space is all in shadow through the day; this is the major downside for me personally because I have to do some work and the room was too dark for me during the day. There is no starbucks or work-friendly cafes near the neighborhood so I have to carry my laptop, take the metro in miles to find suitable places for my work. This is just quite inconvenient. Other than that, Kenny and his friend Jair who helped me check in are both friendly and responded to any questions I had. I am sure for travelers who spend all day outside in the big city will enjoy their apartment; hope this honest and objective review will be helpful.
