I would like to thank Jian, her mother and uncle for the hospitality. Jian’s place is located in a small chinatown in Brooklyn. Its a very SAFE neighbourhood (very important in NY). Lots of restaurant to choose for. Easy connection to and from Manhattan via N train from the 8th Ave metro station. We felt very SAFE at the station (very important as well). You have everyhting you need for. Jian’s mother and uncle always looking to help as much as possible despite languange barriers (we use g00gle translate). They provided us with breakfast and fruits during our 14 nights stay. Plus also doing our laundry. Jian’s uncle waited for us for check in and also help us with our luggages during check out. They also help to arrange cheap transportation to JFK. I will be back. Thanks Jian. Hope your mother and uncle have a good health and fortune always. Many thanks.

Мне очень понравилось дом, хозяева. Jian всегда была на связи и все мои просьбы решила положительно. Организовала ранний заезд и поздний выезд. Дома всегда была тихо и уютно. Хозяйка дома каждое утро мне угощала завтраком. Всё прошло отлично. Рекомендую!!!

This was the best airbnb experience I had since 2017 coming to NYC. Jian and her mother are two lovely persons. Jian's mother is super sweet and helped with everything that I need despite our language difference. Hope I can comeback here someday. The acess to Manhattan is pretty easy using N train, the place has a lot of restaurants around and some 24 hour delis next to 59th street. Very safe walking around there pass midnight, cops around 59th street station and 8v station as well but the place is a calm residential area.

Clean room and easy stay with Jian! A great spot for solo travelers looking to experience an authentic slice of NYC life in Sunset Park. I wish I’d had more time in the neighborhood to eat and explore. I’d come here again if traveling solo!
