This cozy guest house features a full kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and full size refrigerator. Separate bedroom with comfortable King size bed. Perfect after a long day of fishing! Bathroom with oversized shower. 2 TV's! Enjoy the pictures of llamas on the wall, or watch our real llamas and baby alpaca play in the pastures. Take a walk along the irrigation canal. 5 minutes to the Columbia River for some of the best Walleye and Sturgeon fishing in Oregon. Guest house is attached to our main house by a breezeway. No shared walls. This separate "mother-in-law" suite offers privacy. Perfect for the weekday business traveler or if you’re coming for the phenomenal fishing on the Columbia River. Parking allows for RV, boat, or livestock trailers. Back patio, pool and yards are the homeowner's personal space and not part of the airbnb rental. Thank you for respecting our personal spaces.

This was my second stay at Karen's place and once again I couldn't have been happier! Super quiet, quality place. Next time I need to stay in Boardman, this is where I'll hopefully stay.
One of the challenges in travelling, at least for me, are the neighbourhood noises at night. Maybe it's just traffic or an occasional train or maybe it's the local rooster but not at Karen's place. Hands down, it's the quietest place I've ever stayed. The apartment is extremely nice and well taken care of. In the future, when I'm planning a Boardman trip, Karen's place will be the first one I look for.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay, though brief, at Karen's home. It is a lovely room, in a great location and we only wish we could have stayed longer. It was easy to get into the unit and to unload our belongings as we were able to park right outside the unit. Once inside we found a living room that was great to relax in, an adequate kitchen and a super comfortable bed. We would definitely stay there again, however that is unlikely since it is only an hour and 20 minutes from home. Thanks Karen.
Had a Bass Championship in Boardman. This place was perfect for a boater. I was able to charge batteries at night and it was safe to leave boat there while I was in town. Definitely recommend to anyone, especially fishermen. Excellent communication, very friendly.

Country setting on 5 acres. Neighboring farms with crops and livestock and all that goes with it. Hear tractors moving about while the guinea fowl coo in the distance. You may spot a rooster pheasant flying over or turkeys in any of the pastures. We are next to an open irrigation canal. Guests should be aware of the swift current and depth. View at your own risk as this is an active farming irrigation canal and should be treated with respect.
The long driveway is easy to pull in your vehicle and easy for trailers. Pull right up to your separate entrance to unload and load your bags. The main house and guest house are attached by a breezeway. There are no shared walls between the two houses.
We are 5 minutes from the boat launch at the Boardman Marina.
Enjoy the full kitchen or eat out for THE BEST burgers, fries and handmade milkshakes on I-84 at C&D, or indulge in Boardman’s best kept secret….STREET TACOS, from our food truck court. You won’t regret your choice! Other options include Burnt Field Pizza, Macarios Mexican food, Subway, and we have a coffee stand on both the west and east side of town.
