We have just got back from a two night stay at Sarah’s and it was absolutely perfect! We could not fault a thing! Sarah was an amazing host and let us check in early, which was an absolute god send with a baby and of the stuff they come with! The studio had everything we could have needed with lots of luxury touches (the bread was delicious!) and it was immaculate. The studio was in a perfect location; a gentle walk into the centre of Brighton, but a peaceful oasis from the crowds. If we happen to be in Brighton again, we would not look at staying anywhere else, now we have found here. Thank you so much!

Have just returned from a two night stay. Sarah was an amazing host, went that extra mile with little extras such as milk, bread etc. Beautiful studio with everything we needed for our stay, Sarah has thought of everything for her guests- beautiful high end toiletries provided too. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others 😊

We had a fantastic stay at Sarah’s place. It was our first time in Brighton and the location was perfect - peaceful and quiet and away from downtown/North Laine/the Lanes but easily walkable to and from as we didn’t have a car (and with an excellent deli and pub very close by!). Sarah was very communicative, friendly, and helpful, and check in was a breeze, as was communication during the week. Highlights included the tea and snacks that came in very handy, the mattress, and the heated bathroom floors. Sarah’s place was immaculately clean, with a refreshing, open yet cozy aesthetic. Would highly, highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a very special place in Brighton!

We had a great 2 night stay. The property was easy to find and well located and the parking space was very much appreciated. The communication with Sarah was very good and she met us when we arrived to show us around and provide us with the key. We even had a few goodies left for us which was very kind considering we were only staying for 2 nights. The property was well equipped and everything worked as expected with no issues. We would highly recommend and hope to be back soon.

Great stay at Sarah’s house. The studio was beautifully designed, comfortable and warm with a great shower and every amenity you could possibly need. Sarah also provided ingredients for a delicious breakfast Highly recommended
