John’s place is one of the best we have stayed at. The house fit the description perfectly, it was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in a perfect location for visiting local areas. He had just added a lovely patio outback to add to the charm of the backyard. Rooms were very comfortable and roomy, the kitchen was very well stocked, and John added thoughtful touches such as ample bathroom amenities, coffee, and a personalized welcome letter with helpful instructions. John was very responsive to any questions we had both before and during our trip. We would make a special trip back to the Berkshires just to stay at John’s.

Our group enjoyed our stay. We were close to skiing which was the reason for the visit. Also close to good restaurants in other towns and Lee too. John was very communicative and quick to respond with recommendation for dinner. Thank you!

Great house conveniently located to all the nearby attractions. It has all your basic amenities. Host was great at communicating, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience.Would definitely stay there again.

The house was great, clean, easy to access, looked like the photos, all the normal things. What impressed me the most and made our stay so great was John’s responsiveness and his willingness to go the extra mile. We stayed here at Christmas and when I booked the house John messaged me right away and asked if we wanted him to put up a Christmas tree and some decorations. I was shocked, and as someone who loves Christmas I was extremely happy. It made our Christmas all that much better and everyone was extremely grateful. It’s the little things that make all the difference. Highly recommend staying here and we’ll def look to book again. Thanks again.

We've come back now for 4 years in a row. That should say everything. The hosts are great and have one of the most comfortable, well appointed Airbnbs we've stayed at and with a great central Berkshires location too. There have been some very nice upgrades to the interior as well as a great looking new deck out back. It is all in all an absolutely top notch place. Everything and Airbnb should be. We'll be back again.
