房子很好，适合两个人居住，小区环境优雅安静，泳池是亮点，交通便利，只需2分钟走到主路便有双条车，在中天和步行街中间位置。房东很友善，热情。很感谢这些天的帮助。总之非常推荐此房源。

克里斯蒂娜是一个非常友善的房东，给了我们很多旅行的建议。房子布置的得很精致，厨房设施都是全的。小区在芭提雅闹中取静的地方，有大而漂亮的泳池，健身房。我们步行去芭提雅最热闹的步行街只花了20分钟。交通真的很方便，双条车非常多。住在这里，方便你去芭提雅任何地方。

这房子是我住过的最好的公寓。地段很好，靠近市中心，有漂亮的双层环形泳池。出门两分钟就能坐上双条车，可以去芭提雅的任何地方。门口有一家很大的超市，可以买到想要的任何生活用品。周边有饭店，711便利店，有当地人吃的饭店，可以吃到正宗的泰餐，便宜又好吃。房子是一室一厅的，适合小情侣或带孩子的家庭居住。厨卫设施都很齐全，可以在房子里自己煮东西吃。最后夸一下房东，不厌其烦地回答我各种问题，反馈及时，信息准确，下次来芭提雅还来住你的房子。

PROS: 1. Nice courtyard with river pool/gym/sauna. Always maintained. 2. Very safe. 3. Clean community and quiet. 4. Thai restaurants just outside community with a convenient store. 5. Check in/out, not too bad CONS: 1. Upon booking and being charged for the reservation, the room pictured I requested wasn’t even available. I was given a different room, which, by the new photos the host sent, I accepted. Looking back, I wish I never did accept. Major mistake. Upon checking in, the water was turned off. Appeared the prior resident didn’t pay the utility because I was asked to pay it, lol. But of course I didn’t and somehow they got it turned on. Went through hoops the first night to shower up after a long flight. 2. BAD COMMUNICATION. The host will not be the one handling your problems. She will be available via Airbnb message fairly quick, but someone in management takes care of your issues. I was given another phone number to call to handle any condo issues, but she NEVER answered her phone😡. Upon needing any kind of help, it was challenging because of this. I made it work by talking the best I could to neighbors in the area but I couldn’t quite speak the language. Still made do. 3. This condo is far smaller than you would expect. The sqm/size was not listed. I should have asked, I’ll blame myself for this one. 4. Water pressure in bathroom sink extremely low. 5. You will be charged for electric and water. I hardly took a shower but the A/C is very required due to the climate. Conserve. It was included in the listing but they were nice enough to not charge for my inconvenience. 6. No cleaning supplies handy. I had to purchase out of pocket and borrow necessities. Recommend the host have these items handy for daily use. 7. Elevators very slow, but managed. 8. Building hallways are hot, no A/C. 9. Internet is horrible. Continuously drops off line. 10. Gym, pool, sauna close a bit too early. Overall, this place was a bit overpriced for what you get. It really makes me sad to post such a review. I left early, without a refund issued of course, due to the list of disappointments. I just held it till checkout but booked elsewhere. I recommend contacting host to verify if the room pictured is what you are paying for. Do an inspection of working lights, appliances, a/c, and water faucets/shower. Also, ask who and how will your services be taken care of. Outside of the condo, the community is actually beautiful and you will feel safe. The pictures are great of the community and residence from the app, but I thought due to the lack of an accurate listing by the host, things were and can be a bit deceiving.
