Time to relax & enjoy French life Maison Rose is a 3 bedroomed villa set in quiet residential location & less than a 10 minute walk to the historical medieval town centre of Pézenas. The house has been fully remodelled in 2016 / 2017. Our house is on a 550 sq metre site, with its own private swimming pool protected by a security fence. The house comprises the following: Entrance hall with WC. Open plan living, dining and kitchen area, and a small garage. There is a curved stairway leading up to the bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed, 180cm, with your own private bathroom, with WC, bath, walk-in shower, wash hand basin, towel rack and vanity unit with storage. South east facing double doors in the bedroom lead to small private balcony. There are two more bedrooms, A double bedroom with 140cm bed and A twin bedroom with two 90cm single beds. All bedrooms have chest of drawers, wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. The main Bathroom has a walk-in shower with wash hand basin and storage closet and a separate WC. Both bathrooms have hairdryers. There is another room which is private and no access is provided. You will also find a closet at the top of the stairs for storage of suitcases etc. Back on the ground floor you will find The Kitchen which, is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob and extractor fan, microwave & fridge freezer. Other essentials include a coffee maker, kettle, pots and pans, cutlery, & kitchen utensils, crockery, oven to table ware etc. iron and ironing board, laundry basket and clothes pegs. There is also a kitchen island with three chairs for informal dining. The Dining area is off the kitchen and has a dining table and chairs for 6, as well as a stand-alone cupboard, broom closet and french doors that lead down steps to terrace, garden and pool. The Living room has two sofas and an armchair, coffee table, wall mounted tv, dvd player with dvds, satellite box with UK tv channels, WiFi and plenty of books for you to read. There are also board games in the sideboard. Down a set of steps from the dining area you will find a pleasant sunny terrace, shaded by a vine covered pergola with a table and chairs for 6, as well as a BBQ. Access to your own private pool is through a locked security fence. The pool area is decked and there are sun beds for 6 as well as parasols and pool side tables. To the side of the house you will find a shaded gravelled area with clothes line. At the front of the house you have space to park you car in a secure gated garden. There is a nice shaded space under the mulberry tree to sit at the small bistro table and enjoy a chilled glass of rosé. It is also very pleasant to sit in the porch and enjoy the evening sun after the day’s activities. A travel cot and high-chair are available if required. The WiFi is accessible throughout the house.
