I stayed here in November 2023 with my husband and two year old daughter and we had such a wonderful stay. The staff - Arista, Arini, Sukma and Sony were so helpful and attentive, I can’t speak highly of them enough. This is a fantastic location in walking distance of W, Alila and all the other fantastic beach bars in this area. There are so many delicious restaurants available within a short scooter or car trip or you can get Gojek or Grab if you would prefer to enjoy the amazing villa. The pool has the perfect balance of sunny sections and shady sections and the living space has big fans which makes it nice and cool. There is a smart TV in the living area so you can stream from your preferred platform. The bedrooms are as big as they appear in the photos and the air conditioning is nice and cold. There is a large bath in the main bedroom as well as double rain fall shower.

The villa was well located with many restaurants nearby. The water heater was not working well during our stay, the staff was very responsive to try to fix the issue but only could fix it towards the last night of our stay there. The swimming pool was not clean and was a pity to the overall good state of the villa. Recommended for the hospitality of the staff and location of the villa.

La villa est moderne et très bien meublée. Staff réactif et accueillant qui nous a conseillé d’utiliser des bouchons d’oreille en raison du bruit la nuit. Malheureusement la villa est située juste derrière un restaurant discothèque « le Ling Ling » et un pub ouvert 24h/24. Impossible de fermer l’œil de la nuit avant 4h ou 4h30 du matin…. Belle villa pour des fêtards, mais pas pour les voyageurs qui cherchent à se reposer. La villa etant ouverte sur l’extérieur, le bruit est amplifié. La communication de l’hote sur les contraintes possibles sur le site a évolué entre la réservation et l’arrivée sur place suite à des avis négatifs en raison du bruit. Janine, manager de l’agence de location, nous a proposé de demenager dans une autre villa à Seminiak moyennant supplément, proposition que nous avons acceptée. Il s’avère que tout Séminiak est extrêmement bruyant… faute de règlementation sur les nuisances sonores….
