We had a lovey stay. The house was great, and Caroline was so responsive and attentive to our needs before and throughout the stay. The house has immense character, and is well-equipped. As others have said in reviews, it has a certain ramshackle charm, and one should not be expecting clean lines, flat floors and 90 degree angles. We loved the decor and themed rooms. There were a few quirks, for instance a temperamental dishwasher, which was seen to very quickly when reported. Perfect for 10 people (space to seat everyone at dining table and on sofas), and there are two further beds in the lounge if required.

Great place for a family getaway with the dog, plenty of space for the little ones upstairs even with a travel cot up, and downstairs for playtime. Well stocked kitchen, toiletries provided in upstairs bathrooms & there was privacy for a breastfeeding mum. Caroline was on hand for our queries though we didn’t get chance to meet, all instructions were clear. I loved the hot tub. We managed to find places to go within an hours drive on all 4 days but it was nice to return to the house to relax.

Simply perfect! A feeling of calm and tranquility immediately upon entering - all commented on the comfortable and homely vibe even my dog settled immediately and didn’t want to leave! Perfect family space for our Christmas festivities.- so many personal and thoughtful touches everywhere including Christmas decorations and wonderful hostess/host - very helpful and attentive, extremely well equipped home-the hot tub and the adjoining field were particular highlights. Not one complaint of any description from my family members …. now that speaks volumes!! All agreed we would like to return for a summer family break and utilise the bbq and field for games ! Absolutely loved our Christmas away in this lovely home and can’t thank our hosts enough for the privilege of allowing us to share it Thank you so much xx

Felt at home staying at Guys farm, the property had everything we needed and more! Caroline was really friendly, responds quickly and was very accommodating. Great location for a family meet up, private location with a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The house was spacious, clean and had clear instructions provided for all we needed. Would definitely recommend!!
