KPR Vacations is a boutique hospitality and vacation rental company. Check in under KPR Vacations at all resorts is after 4p.m. and before 11p.m. check out is 10a.m. These are condos and villas in gated resort facilities. PLEASE READ: Receiving your guest certificate so that you may access the resort: The name you provide me is the name needed on the ID that you use upon check-in. Resorts have a min. check-in age of 21. FEES: some resorts may charge resort fees and/or place a security deposit hold on your credit card. KPR Vacations does not collect a security deposit or resort fees. Those fees are separate from your room and board collected with Airbnb. DISCLOSURE: Please Note: Units/Condos are assigned upon check-in. The space that you will be provided may vary, for example, a unit that sleeps 6 may have the following types of accommodations: 1 queen sofa in the main area 1 king or possibly 1 queen in the Master bedroom. 1 queen or possibly 2 twins in the second bedroom. Resorts- the minimum stay in most of my resorts are two nights. If you only need one night, I am a travel agent with a portal specific to just one night hotel stays which are not on Airbnb. Please check your Airbnb message prior to check in as you will receive the instructions for receiving your guest certificate and resort confirmation number which is what you must use to check in.
