Nicoletta was a fantastic host, very responsive and she provided us with great recommendations on restaurants and found us someone available to give a massage on short notice. The property is an easy walk to the beach and shops in Santa Maria Navaresse, which is a lovely place to serve as basecamp for visiting nearby areas like Pedra Longa and Baunei.

Excellent apartment in very quiet location, 5 minutes from beach and restaurants and a couple of minutes from local supermarket . Nicoletta was a fantastic host with great communication. Highly recommend 5 stars all round

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Nicoletta sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist top! Auch die Lage ist großartig: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Great host and even greater apartment! We stayed just for few nights but we enjoyed every single bit of our time at Nicoletta's place. Very good location, five minutes walking from Santa Maria Navarrese beach, with supermarket, pharmacy, shops and restaurants very close. The apartment was clean, spacious with two bedrooms and a big kitchen. We loved the garden and the covered patio outside where you can enjoy a nice dinner with your friends. Excellent price-quality ratio and Nicoletta is extremely kind and friendly host. Highly recommended it!!

Nicolatta was very friendly, she made great suggestions on places to visit. The apartman was close to the beach, about 5 min walk. I really loved the one night when we could grill sea food outside, Nicoletta had everything prepared for us. When we arrived, it took us a bit of a surprise that it was the basement of the building, however that came with positives as well. We rarely needed to use the air conditioning and we had a direct exit to the beautiful inner garden.
