Location, Location, Location. This is a beautiful home in a great location! The home is super walkable to nearby restaurants/bars/food hall and downtown. The home has great amenities and features like the theater room and rooftop deck with hot tub. The open floor plan is great for hanging out with your group or family. The home is just as it appears in the pictures. We stayed with three couples for my wife’s 40th birthday, and the home provided a great base to explore Denver from. The rooms and beds were all comfortable, and the bathrooms were a nice place to get ready for the day, especially the primary suite. Jordan and Jeremy were fantastic hosts; easy to work with, very helpful and great communicators. We felt very welcome in the home, and they were extremely gracious in allowing us a special accommodation in response to a question we had. We would definitely stay in this home again, and would feel confident booking any of Jordan or Jeremy’s other properties as well.

Location was absolute perfection for our girls weekend. We could walk to everything including Avanti, Root Down, Happy Camper, William and Graham and more. The house had absolutely everything we needed and the movie theatre was such a treat! Would absolutely stay here again.

This home is absolutely beautiful! Jordan went above and beyond for our stay. She decorated for my birthday, and made us feel right at home! I can’t wait to book my next trip, which I will be requesting to stay here! Absolutely wonderful

Great place to host my bachelorette party! Love the neighborhood, lots of great bars, restaurants, and coffee shops in the area. House is pristine, projector room is fun, roof a great place to hang out!
