I would like to take this opportunity to warn people who are looking at this apartment to book for their holiday My family and I had a very bad experience with them of this apartment . I booked this apartment room from a website for holiday ,when we arrived on the 12 of August the host told us that the room we booked still not available because the other guess wanted to stay for a few more days so they give us another room instead. When we finally checked in we were horrific that the room was not clean and ready at all. There was no curtain at all the windows , there wasn't any bedsheets, blankets and pillows. Totally no privacy at all . We feedback to the host about it but he insisted that the room was ready to check in, their service was very very bad and irresponsible . My family and I were utterly disappointed with them . Our holidays had been greatly affected by such experience 我想借此机会告知那些正准备预订这个度假公寓的人。 我和家人在这间度假公寓遇到非常糟糕的经历。 我在Airbnb网站上为我的家庭假期预订了这间公寓房。 当我们在8月12日到达时，主人告诉我们，我们预订的房间仍然无法使用，因为客人想再延长几天。所以他们给了我们另一个房间。 当我们最终登记入住时，我们感到震惊的是，房间没有清理干净，根本没有准备好。所有窗户都没有窗帘，根本没有隐私。没有床单，毯子和枕头，房间也很脏。 我们质问主人后，他才叫人去打扫。结果，我们等了一个多小时。 他们的服务非常糟糕也非常不负责任。我和家人对他们完全失望。我们的假期也因此受到极大影响 。
