Perfect place to rest and recharge, quiet area, good beds and plenty of privacy. Ric was very helpful and responsive.
The water in the trailer had a terrible sulfur smell. Which after contacting him he had his maintenance guy put chlorine in the system and said should help, which it did not. So we couldn’t bathe or use the water the whole time we were there. Anytime the water was turned on it smelled up the house. He did offer a discount which he applied. He needs to hire better cleaners.

The house smelled very strong of marijuana. We split into two groups and the group staying here did not report because local hotels were full and no options available. When I picked them up, I couldn’t believe the smell from outside the house, let alone stepping a 1/2 step in. Completely unacceptable.

I have been a pilot for a major US airline since 1986. Vicki is a Nurse and a Licensed Massage Therapist, MA79845, who specializes in swedish massage, deep tissue, reflexology, neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, and MPS - micro point stimulations. MPS are therapeutic protocols developed to fight chronic pain. She is also certified in Bamboo-fusion massage. Her schedule can be busy, but subject to availability she offers our Guests a 20% discount off on her regular out-call rates for two or more consecutive massages at the home. Or, if our Guests find themselves near her Spa in Gainesville, 60 miles away, she offers 20% off any number of massages at in-Spa rates. We travel a lot and often have very little or no contact with our guests. However, we employee a full time property manager for our rental home business and he is available for any issues that arise. Our vacation travel always includes each other. We enjoy boating the rivers, springs, lakes and Gulf of Mexico near us in northern Florida and we spend a lot of time at our other home closer to the Suwannee and Santa Fe rivers. We are both PADI certified divers and enjoy warm and wet outdoor activities...
