A ground floor village house - the perfect place for both Hong Kong visitors and residents wanting to escape the city, relax and enjoy nature. Bright and comfortable living and dining space, spacious kitchen and large outdoor deck with a BBQ and dipping pool. 5 minutes walk to public transport into Sai Kung East Country Park (beaches, more hiking trails including Section 1 and 2 of the MacLehose Trail) and to Sai Kung town. The home has an open plan living and dining area. The dining table can expand to cater upto 6-8 people. Alternatively, you can use the BBQ and eat outdoors! WiFi, Cable TV and Netflix included. Guest bedroom has a double bed. Sofa can also be used to sleep. The main bedroom will be locked during your stay.

Our stay at May’s place was a fantastic experience, it was everything we needed for our stay. May’s place was very cozy, clean and spacious, it looked exactly like the photos. The location was a bit far from the city but it was safe. The host, May was very helpful in all aspects, she was reliable, friendly and flexible, she responded my messages promptly. My husband and I had a very pleasant stay. In summary, May is a wonderful host, the house is amazing value, Sai Kung is worthy to explore on its own, we are very happy to have found May’s place. Would recommend staying here as she is very responsive and friendly. Thanks May!

A fantastic place to stay if you are interested in exploring the hiking trails and beaches of Sai Kung, want to experience a different part of Hong Kong away from the city, or be close to nature.
A few local eateries are 5 minutes walk away. Sai Kung town is 10 minutes public transport away where you can stock up on groceries, eat at the famous Cheun Kee seafood restaurant, snack on a few egg tarts from Sai Kung bakery, enjoy a waterfront drink at bar Momentai, and explore the narrow alleys of Sai Kung old town.
Head to Tai Mong Tsai bus stop to take bus 94 or light buses 7 & 9 to head into Sai Kung East Country Park or to Sai Kung town. Alternatively you can take taxi which will cost 40-45 HKD to Sai Kung town.
