Spacious and clean place. Hammad was always approachable and at times, if required, he came over himself to attend to any concerns. The place being close to the train station was super convenient. Several nice restaurants are very closeby. And of all things, the first view of the northern mountains from the living room was ecstatic. If the weather is nice during sunrise (or through the day), it's an amazing view indeed.
