My stay at Roland's place was perfect. Extremely clean. Everything as described. Though shared with others, no noise or disturbances. This will definitely be my go to place in Queens NY

Great stay, sweet and simple. During the heat spell, the host turned on the AC before I arrived for check-in so I could have a nice cold room. It was much appreciated.

The one thing I kept reading when reviewing this space was that it was “clean” and “very responsive”. The bed had crumbs and hair. The pillow cases and the towels were dirty. I also had to clean the bathroom. I will give the co-host credit. He was very responsive and showed up in 20 minutes to provide clean linens. Although, I did feel rushed because he did indicate that he was on the way to a function. And asked if I got this. Glad I had friends with me to assist with the cleaning. Overall experience was not bad but there is room for improvement.
