If you are looking for a stay in the New Forest, that’s clean, has a fantastic host, has everything required for a couples (or singles), weekend retreat you won’t go far wrong with this gem of a place, a short walking distance to Lyndhurst town centre and all its amenities. Described as bijou by the host, this place was perfect as a base to discover the local area. Parking was easy, the location is quiet, we enjoyed total privacy and more importantly, we enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

What can we say? From the moment we opened the door we found ourselves smiling at how Lisa and her partner had 'squeezed a quart into a pint pot'. The place is small, but immaculate in every department, with every accessory you could ever want on view or tucked away, from a golfing umbrella at the door to a teabag-saving 'mini-plate' on the kitchen counter. A thoughtful selection of food left for us included tea, coffee, milk and yoghurts for a self-service breakfast. Very convenient for town (two minutes on foot) and easier to park than we had feared. Nice, quiet neighbourhood... What's not to like. Highly recommended!

incredible stay, homely, cosy and everything you don't think you need until you visit this place! well kept, thoughtful touches like juice/milk even soy Milk for options! yummy biscuits and fruits for two! we had everything we needed for a quick breakfast, and even cooked a pizza for dinner in their mini lovely vintage oven! although we didnt find the time to meet the owners , you can tell there was love behind setting up this space for people. The checking in system was friendly and simple. inside you can find card games, unique decor, thematic kitchen setup and puns on towels that will make your day!honestly appreciated the space. very quiet and private, no light pollution in the area you can stargaze right outside your door and still feel like you're in your own bubble. I'd say the perfect bit on the side for a getaway! couldn't reccomend enough! Will definitely visit again
