We'd love to welcome you into our sunny, warm and private guest room, which includes your own entrance, comfortable bedroom, and your own shower room. A mini kitchenette area is available in your area, which includes kettle, toaster and microwave. Use of the lounge and garden are available to guests, however, please be aware that the family use the garden and lounge during the day as well. At night, the interleading door to the main house is locked and you'll have the lounge to yourselves. The guest room is a quiet, sunny (well, as sunny as it can be in England) and private annexe, being set away from the main living area of the house. There is a bedroom with a comfortable bed, drawers for unpacking your clothes, and a few hooks and hangers, should you need to hang anything up. Free Wi-Fi is available, although it can be temperamental at times (apologies in advance). There is an alarm clock next to the bed in case you need to wake up early, and heating in the room to keep it cosy. Please feel free to adjust the temperature (we will show you how, if necessary), and turn it off during the day, if you're out and about. Thank you. The garden and lounge area are there for you to enjoy, and your own little kitchenette area available for tea, coffee, toast, and a microwave, should you need it. If we are out during the day, the door between the main house and the annexe lounge will be locked; however, this will not affect your side at all and you will have access to and from the building via your own entrance.
