Epic service afterwards. I accidentally left my suitcase in the drive-way when I started my journey back to Atlanta and didn’t realize it until I’d driven to Mobile Alabama. TAJV found it for me, and shipped the next day.

> Nightly fee is too high for condition of property. >Recliners do not work properly > Dead tree in front yard >Yard is neglected & poor shape….HOA may send notice to rectify appearance >Cabinet below TV is wobbly and is balanced on 3 legs > 2 outdoor BBQ pits - one is rusted & needs to go to trash > Driveway is cracked, uneven surfaces. A detraction in the neighborhood. Also, driveway is trip and fall possibility after dark. > Shower in large bedroom needs 2-3 grab bars to stabilize ones balance during use of shower > Ricardo, Maintenance Rep was punctual and efficient in replacing missing wood fencing boards in back yard. Very knowledgeable and communicated very well regarding solution for fence issues.

The house nice and in a convenient location. House was not cleabed properly. The bathrooms looked like it was just a quick wipe down. Mirrors were foggy. Back porch had sooo much leaves and dirty table. Coffee tables had sticky spots on them. And the washer had 2 empty water bottles in it. Aside from the cleaning issue the house was a perfect fit for what we needed it for.

The house was very nice and clean when we arrived. Check-in and out were simple and quick. The backyard was also very nice to hang out in. The only downside is the long list of rules. Which are not hard to follow but are overwhelming at first.
