Our stay was nothing short of amazing! Our family of 6 + a baby and 2 small dogs planned a weekend get a way to the NC zoo. We were dependent on weather & Linda was more than flexible with our check in. She answered every question very promptly & had sweet personal touches inside the home. Everything was clean (especially being a dog friendly place). I have allergies so we have non shedding dogs but the house was cleaned up so well my allergies didn’t even bother me. There were games, instructions, a fully stocked bathroom & kitchen of utensils & beautiful surroundings. This was only 30 min from the Asheboro zoo and a straight shot (directions wise). I highly recommend this super friendly, well thought out, clean home. Thank you again Linda for making our family weekend extra special!

Had a wonderful time staying here. Linda was a great host! So much to do around this way we brought a small boat with us and enjoyed the lake frequently during our visit. Also only a few min away from uwharrie ohv trails. Being a jeep owner this made this place the best of both worlds off-roading and lake life !

Linda is a great host - very responsive and helpful. The home is clean; the kitchen has everything needed; the description is accurate. The home is located in a private peaceful setting, where we could walk our dog, enjoy the views and wildlife, grill on a nice Weber grill and take advantage of a terrific lake. We kayaked several times, went to Low Water Bridge, Morrow Mountain State Park and then Albemarle for lunch. The area is somewhat remote, but there is really a lot to do depending on your interests or your can stay put and enjoy the lake. We hope to return.

perfect spot for a relaxing fun vacation. beautiful house right on the lake with your own dock and jet ski floating dock. We brought out jet skis and rode all weekend on the beautiful lake. We loved jumping off the dock and swimming. Linda was so helpful with everything you need and the neighbors were very friendly. Great weekend hope to be able to come back.

Nice place to stay at Badin Lake. Very quiet cove. Kayaks were fun.
