Thanks for checking out one of my listings! I am a full time firefighter and real estate professional living and working in Madison. I am fortunate to work and live in the Madison community and have enjoyed watching the near east side of Madison grow into quite the amazing community. It is full of small local breweries, distilleries, variety of authentic, diverse foodie foods and some of the best dive bars in Wisconsin (humble brag). I love sharing this new and energetic area with folks from all around the world. Both of my locations are on the Yahara River, and both offer amazing up and coming locations in Madison and Monona. The unique restaurants and dive bars in the Willy St neighborhood brought me there first. Now, The Downtown Bungalow is available for anyone to enjoy just blocks from countless local gems. In my biased opinion, the best location to bring in all of Madison’s East side eclectic vibe. The Entire Waterfront Home is on Monona’s south side, on the opposite side of Lake Monona from downtown. Also on the Yahara River, this location offers a boat slip, just a few miles from the Alliant Energy Center and one block off the Lake Loop bike path. Monona is full of new brew pubs, waterfront dinner spots and even a new Cigar and Wine tasting waterfront bar, just 2 blocks away. Monona is surrounded by Madison on all sides, but has a secluded lake town feel. Lots of Waterfront homes and good places to grab dinner and a drink! 5 min to the Alliant Energy Center and 10 minutes to the downtown capital square.
