I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, it was a very quaint and relaxing experience. It helped me feel so at peace. Although host lives onsite with his family, everything was very private. . I truly appreciate pets being allowed, as I have a service animal. It rained during my stay but there is a small area in the back whereas he could go potty really quick without having to get soaked. 👌🏽👍🏾💯 I appreciated it being pretty close to grocery stores , and restaurants. As well as the easy freeway assess Overall, I give my stay and the Host 5 stars . When you're looking to wind down and relax, A bit of rejuvenation, this is the place for you! 💯👍🏾🙌🏾😊

Close location to the Oakland coliseum 10min drive. Will definitely stay again if I’m in town again.

The place was nice and private but I ran into more than a few issues. The whole place looks a bit outdated. For starters, the hosts response time was so slow. I had too many issues and questions and none was answered until after I figured it out myself. The internet was slow and kept disconnecting and the tv was really old. It had basic channels and the signal wasn’t strong so I barely could watch it because the tv would freeze up and pause for like 2 mins at a time. There’s a hookah thing but no disposable mouthpieces or coal or anything to go with it. Just the hookah machine itself. That was so dumb to me. It’s cold as heck in there and there is a wall heater we had to pilot and turn on ourselves. Initially I didn’t know how to do it so I reached out to the host who took 30 min to respond to me and didn’t give good instructions on how to turn it on. I had to watch a YouTube video to turn it on and the heater still did not work. I had to buy a space heater it was so cold and we only had one extra blanket (which did not look clean at all) so we went and bought blankets as well. This was my biggest problem. It’s a very big room so it took a long time to heat up. There were only 2 big body towels to use and 1 wash cloth (which looked dirty) so we tried to use the washing machine to wash the one towel we had and it flooded the bathroom. So I had to use the only 2 towels that we had to clean up the water. Why have the washer in there if it’s not working or if it would flood the bathroom? I was very very upset about that. We had to go and buy towels for us to shower and dry with. The suite is in back of the house. At night when you are walking back there there’s no light that turns on so it’s just super dark and unsafe. With us being 2 young females we were very worried about our safety the entire time we were there. And getting into the place was difficult because you have to turn 2 nobs at once or the door won’t open. Stood outside for 10 mins trying to figure that part out. Overall I was not happy with my stay at all especially for the amount that I paid. I’m thankful I was able to make it work but I would not recommend anyone stay here and I will not be back
