Visar was an absolute amazing host. His place was just perfect for a family of 4. Everything you want to do whether it be swim in the pool, beach, restaurant or supermarket is within a 1 min walk. The apartment is spacious and over the 6 days we were there we had plenty of room. Visar communicated often and checked in on us as well as offering us a later check out which was much appreciated. We also enjoyed staying here in October when it was a lot quieter.

Visar jest wyjątkowo miłym i dobrym człowiekiem.Niezwykle pomocny I uważny. Dbał o moją rodzinę w czasie całego naszego pobytu.Nigdy wcześniej nie spotkaliśmy się z tak wspaniałym człowiekiem. Pomógł nam w wielu problemach, które mieliśmy a nie dotyczyły one naszego zamieszkania.Zawsze jest dostępny i bardzo szybko odpowiada na wiadomości.Mieszkanie było niezwykle czyste i świetnie wyposażone. Zdecydowanie polecamy gospodarza i piękny apartament z widokiem na morze.

Visar was a wonderful host, attentive, quick to respond and very helpful in providing information. There were a few elements that were not as described including the massage and beauty treatments not being available and only one restaurant being operational due to it being out of season as we travelled in September. There was electronic music playing all day from the pool bar next to the villa which prevented us from using the patio as much as we would have liked, we closed the patio doors as the constant music did not create a peaceful environment. The four of us found the mattresses too hard and didn't sleep particularly well but others may prefer a hard bed. The apartment was very clean upon arrival apart from the blue bath mat which had not been washed and was left soaking wet and used on the bathroom floor. The resort was very beautiful and we had a lovely holiday overall.

Visar is an amazing host with a very beautiful home! The house was very clean, cozy and close to everything such as the beach, pools, and the Sarandë boardwalk! It had beautiful views and Visar always answered any questions or concerns we had! I am definitely staying here again next time I come to beautiful Sarandë!

Visar's place is beautiful. We spent 3 weeks at his place. We loved the apartment. I worked during my trip, so the 2nd bedroom was perfect to use as my office. The location of the villa is easy to get to fantastic restaurants and a 10-minute walk to the Promenade. We loved the easy beach access each morning, the sea is amazing. The kitchen and bathroom were great. I can't complain about the villa at all. My only thing to note and this is not on Visar or the villa. We thought being close to the pool was a perk. However, we learned that pool has very loud music all day from 12-8pm. I complained to the hotel management and the pool bar staff, and no one was not helpful, and the pool bar refused to me to turn down the music. Visar tried to also complain on our behalf. He tried many times. I only can hope the hotel will learn that loud music is not the way people want to relax on vacation with their family by a swimming pool. Again, this is not on Visar or the place but need to note it.
