Cute house, great quiet neighborhood, but the house needs major repairs before someone should pay to stay there for any length of time.

We were very pleased with our stay. Carol's communication is exceptional. Very responsive and all the necessary information. The home made for a very economical way for our family to gather for an FSU graduation. We could not have been happier.

Carol is an excellent host. Her communication was very good and always replied back to whatever questions may have arisen. Also, home is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood which we loved!

The neighborhood is really nice and the house was very nice and comfortable. The communication with the host was also very good, Carol was very nice. Negative points: no wi-fi available and no cable on TV (there were only 4 channels available, so we really couldn't watch anything). Also, there was no silverware available (only 1 fork and a couple spoons) which put us in a tough spot in the morning when we were cooking breakfast. There was no toilet paper in each bathroom. I think if the host fix just a few of these issues, the experience will be much better.
