Simple, clean, easy and accessible for my handicapped family member. We enjoyed the open kitchen space and cozy couch but the backyard was the star of the show. We began our days with coffee, hummingbird watching, and a view and ended them with dinner, bocce ball, fire pit, and hot tub as we watched the sun go down.

Absolutely loved staying here for a Girls Trip! Gorgeous views of the canyon. We used it as a base camp for San Diego.

Jen’s place was a perfect place to celebrate my sister’s 70th birthday! It was as described, and very clean & comfortable…beds were all comfortable…everyone slept great! Outside area was as pictured…We definitely enjoyed the firepit & the hot tub…beautiful!! We even picked fresh oranges off the tree & they were delicious…washer & dryer worked great & we appreciated the detergent & dryer sheets provided. Location was perfect and made getting to Balboa Park, hiking at Cowles Mountain trails, LaJolla & Torrey Pines so convenient!! Oh, and the cooking class at Mattarello Cooking Lab was so much fun & the food was delicious!! Highly recommend the experience!! Don’t hesitate spending time at Jen’s home…it’s awesome!! Annie B. The back yard & view at Jen’s place is beyond spectacular! The space wraps around two full sides of the house, and as you sit in comfy chairs or the hot tub, you can see hills, valleys, ridges, and an amazing array of fruit trees, succulents, and outcroppings. We were visiting from a very flat part of the Midwest and could have sat outside admiring the view at Jen’s endlessly. The house is lovely too — plenty of space for our five kids (ages 19, 17, 15, 13, and 10). Quiet on a cul-de-sac with easy access to all of San Diego!
