Hoai is very good at communication and takes care of you . We ran out of cash and she helped us by letting us borrow from her . I was so relieved because in a different country and after the travels , you are not in your best of mental state, but her behaviour and kindness was reassuring.. I’ll forever be grateful to her for all that she did outside the airbnb requirements . I guess that’s what makes us humans . The location of the place is so good, I wasn’t even expecting to find anything to do or see there in the neighbourhood, as it was just a place to stay for Phong Nha caves, but we were so glad that we stayed here . I and my family felt so happy when we found the surroundings so worth a walk or two. And it’s said that when we come upon something with chance, that makes it more beautiful. We loved our leisurely walk about the coast line just beside her stay and the restaurants around the place which were the perfect Mix of laid back and cozy .

Hoai is a very friendly host and the place is good. The room was clean although the towels should be changed but we had an amazing experience!

Hoai and her family are very accommodating and helpful, they also run a small grocery store. They give you a map of the area with local specialties and points of interest, room was spotless and comfy, very pleasant, thanks Hoai!

We had a great stay at Hoài’s place. She helped us in finding vegetarian restaurants near Phong Nha caves and also helped in booking a cab to the train station.
