Absolutely loved Rick & Caroline place! I worked remotely for a month and never had an issue with wifi. The connection worked well for zoom, emails, and streaming. The cabin itself is very spacious, well decorated, and in the perfect location. Not only can you walk to the lake and hike around (or even backcountry camp by the streams) but it is about 2.5 hours from Mt Rainier, 2 hours from Enchantments, 3 hours from North Cascades, 1 hour from Seattle, and less than an hour to the top rated hikes in Snoqualmie Baker Wilderness. The sauna was a dream to come back to after a day of hiking, their tv has nearly every streaming service available, beds were very comfortable, neighbors were friendly, and the view from the patio was perfect for sunset. I would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely family cabin in great location for winter or summer fun. Kitchen had an awesome selection of cookware. There’s not a ton of food options or even nearby grocery stores at the pass so it’s best to bring your own food. There was plenty of space at the cabin with 5 bedrooms and three floors. The cabin itself is like being in a treehouse. The area is beautiful! My partner and I stayed here with our 9 month old and 5 year. It worked well for us and we’d definitely book again! Rick and his daughter Andrea were so easy to communicate with and so nice.

This is the perfect cabin in the mountains for a weekend away or a month to unplug! We loved how walking into Rick & Caroline's felt like you were visiting family--plenty of space to relax and enjoy the beauty and solitude of the surroundings, with tons of amenities to boot. It was super clean and very well stocked for cooking. While we only had a couple friends visit, it would be a great spot to spend the weekend with a handful of people. Access to hiking was ideal and we'd love to come back to take advantage of the winter activities in the upcoming months. Highly recommend!

Everything was amazing exceeded my expectations there was plenty of room for everybody it was very very clean and there was plenty of supplies we didn’t run out of anything I would love to stay here again Rick was a great host FYI everybody in the whole house on their individual accounts approached me separately and said how amazing they slept And how comfortable everybody’s bed was. People were even looking for tags lol. It’s close to everything we stayed in the summer I’m sure it is beautiful in the winter I would definitely come back and stay again hopefully there is a hot tub and fire pit next time ;)

My family stayed in this Cabin over NYE holiday and we would recommend anyone looking to stay at the Pass consider staying here. The owners are very easy to work with and the house itself is in a great location on the mountain. It is set up for families and was a great hangout when we weren't on the hill! I'll be back for sure.
