Broken tiles in entry floor and disgusting lack of cleaning. just glance under the cabinets and dead roaches and dirt. Their massive Labrador dog prefers to poop right in front of the door of our outhouse bathroom/shower. Not the dog's fault but it often would take all day before the big pile was cleaned. Host would not sign an accommodation document to allow me to do address documentation to immigration. They said they were worried that I would take the document and leave. I even offered my passport for them to hold! Still they refused. I had to get a different place during our stay to get a signed accommodation document. Host yelled at me for using an old resin chair from the yard. I wasn't aware these things were not for use. We had some really cold nights of -5 degrees and I finally asked if there was a heater to use. The brought one and it was a good one. Bathroom garbage can was full of weeks of used toilet paper. After my 200 airbnb stays worldwide, I found the worst.

とても素敵な滞在になりました！ ホストの方々が親切で、色々とお願いしてしまったのにも関わらず快く対応していただけました。 駅からも近く、広い表通りから少し裏道に入るだけなので治安も良いです。 入り口に鍵があり、部屋にも鍵があるので安心です。 コンビニもCUとGS25がすぐ近くにあるので便利でした。 コインランドリーも近くにあるので衣類の乾燥もできます。 部屋は値段の安さを考えると妥当です。きれいではないですが、長くいると慣れてきます。 虫が苦手な人は大変かもしれません。私たちの滞在中も最初のほうはかなり大きい虫が毎日出ましたが、虫駆除の業者を呼んでいただいてからは出なくなりました。 あと洗濯機と一緒にシャワーを浴びるのは初体験でしたが、これも慣れます。温かいお湯もすぐ出てきました。 また長期滞在する機会があったらよろしくお願いします:)

The rooms and amenities were very basic but it was a very affordable place and definitely worth the price that was paid. The hosts were also very friendly and always happy to answer questions. Thanks for the stay! :)

The hosts are very kind and accommodating. The location is very accessible. There are convenience stores and restaurants around. The bus stops and subway station is also walking distance from the place. The house, however, already needs renovation as there were leaks so it's not an ideal place during the rainy season and the cleanliness could be improved. It is nonetheless value for money for those on a tight budget.

Really good place for the price of it. I was able to have a pleasant stay during my quarantine period.
