When I booked the place I saw it was a plus and loved that I would get the comfort of what I booked for, upon arrival the place was totally different from what I booked. The couch in the picture is not even there, the place was dirty and dusty I called the owner to come to see and he came the kitchen counters had dust even the floors which I told him about, and the linen on the bed was dirty as if it was not changed from the previous guest who stayed there and I showed him all of this. He organized a cleaner who came and changed the bedding that was not even ironed and told me if I want to go I can go bear in mind I just arrived from the airport from JHB and places were full. He then said the cleaning lady will come the next day to clean which she did for 5min basically she did nothing, he offered to give me a day free which he paid me in cash. I was so disappointed I had to ask for a carpet myself as the place did not even have carpet upon arrival and was nothing like the pics

The loft was amazing, clean, and peaceful. The host was absolutely amazing. I booked so late and she was so quick to respond. I never had to wait for a response.

Basically, it is a nice and safe Airbnb. The two levels give it a special flair. However, we were very surprised that we could not find things like soap and salt. These should be standard equipment.
