Hi Roger, I arrived back in my city in Serbia and everything was fine during the trip. I took a few days off from jet lag and as of today I am back in the office in Belgrade. Once again I want to thank you for the hospitality in your studio. Everything was perfect/ clean, tidy, in a quiet area, surrounded by parks, like a green oasis/. Next time I come to Toronto, I would love to be in the same studio.

I stayed almost 7 weeks at Roger's place. Pros: The space itself was spacious and bright...lots of windows The sofa and bed were quite comfortable The location was central enough and neighborhood felt quite safe Roger and his wife were quite accommodating to my requests. Cons: I found it super hot especially during the day even with the central a/c.... a portable a/c or even a ceiling fan will go a long way No closet or space to store clothes...I had to BUY 2 plastic shelves for my my clothes and shoes The fridge is old and doesn't cool enough.... I had to throw away food a few times The bathroom sink is too small especially for washing dishes...I had to wash my dishes in 2 big bowls in the room before taking them to the bathroom for rinsing I think for a short-term stay...couple of days, it is okay. But it's too basic in terms of amenities for long term stay. It was a comfortable stay for me ONLY because I brought and bought practically everything to make it comfortable.

Honestly you get everything you need. For me, the shower, bathroom, and bed are the most important. As I get ready and go! Great location, parking, safety, quality, and solitude. I highly recommend if you need an accessible and smooth place.
