This apartment was even nicer than the pictures. Very nicely furnished and decorated in a quiet neighborhood. Comfy bed. Corine let us check-in early. which was great. Very happy with our experience.

Our trip to Silver Spring was with a specific purpose, and the location, ease of check in, amenities, ease of parking, and easy communication with Corine made all the difference. It is walkable to all kinds of shops, restaurants and public transportation to DC. I recommend it and would gladly stay here again.

We stayed at Corine’s place for a week, while we were visiting our new Grandson. The place was perfect for the 3 of us (myself, my wife, and our adult son.). There’s no oven in the kitchen, but that was fine for us, since we really only ate breakfast there (and there is an electric kettle and electric range if needed.). The TV is huge! The dishwasher and washing machine were a nice bonus. Entrance was very easy, with a keypad lock. The private driveway came in handy. You have to walk on grass to get from the driveway to the stairs to the apartment, which wasn’t a problem for us, but something to consider in icy weather, or if anyone in the party has limited mobility. As mentioned in other reviews, there are few areas where the ceilings are low, but overall not a problem The neighborhood is quiet, and a relatively short walk into downtown Silver spring. Corine is an excellent host. The place was very clean and well-equipped, and she always responded quickly to questions.

The basement apartment is nice, with a comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, and large tv. It was chilly during my stay so I made use of the little space heater. Corine was very responsive as a host. The murphy bed is immediately as you enter the apartment and the lounge has a large exercise machine beyond the sofa - neither of which was clear from the photos on the listing. The walls being white makes the place lighter but also shows up some dirty marks, especially in the kitchen area. The entryway is also a little clunky to navigate as another reviewer has mentioned. Overall a bit disappointing, but perfectly good for the purpose of my visit.
