Simply put this felt like a bait and switch. The photos are not representative of the actual location. When we arrived I was told there was a mistake with the reservation and our room/bathroom had to be changed, at first i thought nothing of this. Well the bathroom we were given access to was horrid. It was old and dated and very dirty. It wasn't stocked for guests, there were no toiletries not even something as simple as hand soap. The room we were given was furnished with the cheapest furniture Walmart has to offer, the coffee table was not put together properly and when we set something on the left side it acted like a seesaw and the right side flew up in the air dumping our items into the floor (we fixed this ourselves with the multitool i carry). and the TV in the sitting area wasn't working (which Kent was aware of cause he told us about it at check-in). The bed was a nightmare the mattress was old and cheap and springs poked at you everywhere. Breakfast was included, i use the term breakfast loosely. Breakfast was a random pastry from Walmart sitting on the TV stand next to a couple of K-cups for the coffee maker in the community kitchen, this was present at check in. Speaking of the kitchen there were two refrigerators one for the long term rentals and one for B&B guest usage. The kitchen was dirty but we didn't plan to cook there so no big deal, we did however plan and putting our leftovers from lunch in the fridge. The "guest" fridge was full of old nasty smelling food with virtually no space available for usage. So overall a very bad experience and i felt very much cheated and lied to. Now the positives the location was great, walking distance to everything. Kent was a nice guy, check in and out was easy. Kent msged me and told me he wouldn't be there for check out and to take my time and check out whenever i wanted (checkout was posted at noon), while this was a nice gesture we didn't take advantage of a late check out as after a terrible night sleep we were ready to leave as soon as we woke up and packed. The only other good thing was it was quiet, we never saw anyone else there, which begs the question why change our room/bathroom numbers. I think one room and one bathroom have been updated and used as the photos and the rest are in the condition of what we experienced, as i said bait and switch. Would definitely NOT recommend.

Very clean, cool space, and Kent was super helpful & informative! We enjoyed our getaway and the location was perfect!

This place is a hidden gem and great to take your spouse/bf/gf. It is a unique place and town and the Chickasaw rec area has all kinds of beautiful water features and fresh spring water. Kent's hospitality is over the top and we will definitely be returning as soon as possible :)
