Nice house, updated appliances/electronics and within 10 min drive of the casino and 15 minute drive to downtown Tulsa. Lists 3 beds, but one beds is an air mattress (a very nice air mattress, but still an air mattress).

When we arrived the owner’s brother and his two friends were there... and high. The bedrooms had been slept in and well used... trashcan full.... bathroom dirty and the place smelled like pot. We ended up having to find another place which took until about 9:30 or 10 to work our the details with the management company and Airbnb.... and then cost us almost $1000 more than this house because of the late notice and what was available! Very very disappointed!! Definitely wasn’t in our budget to spend that much more and the experience and frustration cost us an entire evening that we were not able to spend with our family and their new baby — some of our family had to drive back home on Monday so we were out an evening of games and fun because of these circumstances. I would NOT recommend!

Spacious, clean house in quiet neighborhood a short drive from A Gathering Place and Brookside shopping and dining. We did have a plumbing issue in both bathrooms, which was inconvenient but quickly resolved. Note that there’s not a dining space, just a small counter area with a couple of stools.
