אין תקשורת עם בעל הנכס, אי אפשר לחייג ולדבר , נתקעתי שעה בחוץ ולא היה מענה, הקוד שקיבלתי לדלת לא היה תקין ונאלצנו להתקשר והמענה היה איטי, החלונות בבית היו נורא מלוכלכים, הברז לא עבד בשירותים, המגהצים מלא באבנית שלא היה אפשר להשתמש בו, המכונת קפה לא נקייה בכלל, הכוסות שתייה מלוכלכים, המיזוג בחדר שינה לא עבד בכלל , לא נהנתי בכלל ושילמתי מחיר יקר של בית מלון 5 כוכבים

Great location, great view. Comfortable place, good amenities, easy to stay in. Not so easy to get into car park, but most of the front desk people were helpful. Holy Guest staff are helpful and responsive. Overall a wonderful experience. The supermarket downstairs is a plus!

I have rented from management companies many times before but never from HOLYGUEST. Let me tell you, do not waste your time renting from anybody else except for HolyGuest! They know exactly what they are doing. Julia was freakin amazing! She always checked up on us, and always accommodated us for whatever we needed. They manage over 500 properties and they really understand hospitality! Julia is a definite asset to the company. Ask for her she will make your stay enjoyable and stress free! They go by the motto of everything is YES! They have me as a customer for life! And to talk about this place, best location ever! On the beach literally, supermarket downstairs, free parking, 1 minute from carmel market, you don't even need a car. Hop on a scooter from Lime outside. Have shabbat meals at Royal beach. BEST BEST BEST! Julia Thank you again you Rock!
