Kids had a blast. Furniture needs to be updated pool table need to be fixed. Existing water damaged in garage, 2nd floor restroom. When called maintenance they took their time and were pretty rude. For the price stay was high. But all in all still was able to make good family memories

Enjoyed our stay at #55 Village Walk. The kitchen was stocked adequately but would have appreciated a better coffee maker. The LR furniture seemed to be reupholstered but still could use some updates. The rooftop deck was great and the elevator saved my quads while moving luggage in. 1st floor living area was a great place for our teen children.

Extra booking steps outside of Airbnb felt unnecessary. The furniture in the rooms had been rearranged and one of the main reasons that we booked the house was for the bunk beds for the kids. They had been moved to the bottom floor where our kids were too young to stay by themselves. It was frustrating since we spent so much money for this house. However, the hot water heater wasn’t working and they had maintenance over within 20 minutes to take care of it. I’ve stayed in this neighborhood multiple times and other than the rooms being misadvertised we would probably rent again

Let me start by saying this home is beautiful. There are definitely things that need to be updated on it and it needs basic items to make it really a vacation home. Let me start with a view. The pictures here are very old. The view from the bottom and the second In third floor views are structed by a home. There are several homes now between you and the ocean. Basically the cul-de-sac behind the home is full. The only obstructed view is the very top. There is no way I would’ve paid the rates that I did without the few that it originally had. This house of over priced! The location is amazing! I do love the fact that there’s beach access not far from the house in either direction. A golf cart is perfect to make it down to the beach. There’s no direct beach access but that’s OK. There’s several homes in Village Walk that are a lot cheaper with the same location. I would highly recommend looking at one that is not managed by Silver Sands. Village Walk is a nice area. All the homes are nice and it is small and gated. The community consists of two pools but they are closed frequently. I would make sure you find a management company or owner that will communicate with you when the pools are open and closed. They were closed the majority of our stay and when we reached out to Silver stands on multiple occasions they were did not respond about the pools enclosures. This kitchen is NOT fully equipped. Lots of bowls, glasses and plates but not a lot of cooking supplies. We were left with one trash bag, 1/2 roll of paper towels, one dishwasher pod, NO wash cloths or kitchen towels and that was it for a 5 day reservation. The rest of the home was lovely and well furnished. They do not supply beach towels of any sort and only gave us eight towels for a 10 person check-in. The layout of the home is also an accurate. The home has a top floor which consists of a living area only. It has a living room, wash room and kitchen. The second floor has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and a third bedroom has a queen bed. There are no bunkbeds on the second floor. Despite my calls and messages to Silver Sands, the pictures on the website they are all inaccurate. The bottom floor is the garage. There is a used pool table and some games with missing pieces. There’s also a room there that is a mother-in-law suite. The room is amazing but only appropriate for people that are old enough to stay there alone. It consists of two bunkbeds. Both are twin over full and it has its own bathroom, mini fridge, and sink area. The problem with this location is that it’s only accessible to the main house via a slow elevator. Otherwise you have to walk out the door and up the outside stairs and enter through the second-floor locked door to access the home. Ideal for older teenagers or adult families traveling together but not ideal for a bunch of small kids that are expecting bunkbeds on the second floor with the parents. The elevator works and is nice but it is very slow. Not ideal in the situation of an emergency or if somebody’s claustrophobic - it’s very small. The patio handrails on all levels are rotting and very loose. I would make sure if you check those and determine how safe they are for your family. We just had our kids stay away from the rails but they’re older teenagers. I would not have let small children be on the balcony alone. Overall this house is OK. I have been to many properties in that area and would recommend spending your money on another home. This home is overpriced for the lack of view and equipment.

We had a great time staying at this beach house. Everything was well-kept. We appreciated the baby-gate and highchair. You should be aware that the bottom floor is not connected to the main unit except via an elevator and a staircase outside the building. We had intended to put four younger kids there, but we didn't feel comfortable with that. However, I can't blame the host for that, and it all worked out anyway.
