Ann Monika is the perfect host. Before we arrived her communication on here was amazing. She was easy to contact and very helpful. The day before our stay she sent us information regarding how to get to her place from the airport. When we arrived we were greeted at the gate by Ann Monika who is very friendly and welcoming. The place itself is amazing! Has a very homey feel and is not missing anything. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We felt very safe and comfortable in the place. With regard to accessibility, the place is in a perfect location. One straight bus from the airport. Easy access to a bus stop (5 min walk), and one straight bus to Bergamo train station. We cannot thank Ann Monika enough for such a lovely stay she is an amazing host. We highly recommend her to anyone staying in Bergamo. If we ever return I would definitely stay with her again!

this place was amazing!!! me and my partner could not recommend it enough to people looking to visit italy: bergamo is the right place to be, private but scenic with lots of restaurants and places to explore but also milan central is a 50 minute train ride from bergamo station. the station from the air bnb was a smooth 20/30 minute walk, with a lidl along the way. the host made us feel very welcome, greeted us at the door, explained how everything worked and even had a big file with recommendations on restaurants, how to work the coffee machines, washing machine , dishwashers etc. the place felt VERY homely and it had EVERYTHING. my partner often would say ‘we need a tea towel’ (or something similar) and we’d find one straight away, that made it feel like home. this airbnb ticked all of our boxes and was very private, our own apartment, with a lovely garden and seating, there were pretty cats wondering the house which we both loved!! thank you again!

The apartment is Great, has everything what you are looking for on an Airbnb experience. Ann Monika is really friendly and easy to talk with, the check in and check out was really easy and she was nice enough to let us some snacks for breakfast. The apartment is located a bit far from the nice area but if you have a car you should be more than fine. I wouldn't mind to be advice that someone was going entry the apartment even if it was to clean it up while we were out.
