Sergio is the perfect host! He is very prompt to respond and offered very helpful information for the area. This listing is exactly as described. It is simple and clean with nice conveniences like a blow dryer, shampoo, body wash, & soap. This is a spacious place for our family of 4. The location is convenient and has lots available nearby. The price, for a football weekend, was very fair. We will definitely look for this place again in future visits. Thank you, Sergio, for making our very first visit and stay in Fayetteville a really comfortable and welcoming one!

Sergio is a great host! The place was easy to check in to and relatively close to town. It's an older place, with older furnishings, but the price makes up for it. Good deal for what you pay for it.

Stayed with Sergio 2 years in a row while working in NWA. stayed for at least 2 months both times and had absolutely zero issues. Sergio is always responsive and helpful when needed. Place is very clean and located in an ideal location close to stores and Restaurants. Highly recommend when visiting NWA.
